You know your profession and the people in it. Attendell provides the delivery, the administration, the compliance reporting and the sales support. Nothing starts until a group of firms is large enough to fund a full season, and Attendell does that recruiting.

Introductions from you open the first conversations, and that is the fastest way a programme reaches a viable size. Attendell’s people do the aggregating from there, and that selling is paid separately from the curriculum.

Attendell runs the CPD programme for PD Consortium, a consortium of accounting firms in Ontario that has operated since 1989. Its curriculum is planned by an accounting practitioner in the same appointment described here.
Attendell is independent of any single consortium. Nothing in the model is specific to accounting or to Canada, and a curriculum is built against whichever requirements apply.

The presenter figure comes from 4,463 evaluations submitted after sessions, September 2024 to February 2026.
You set the year, and you choose who teaches it.
You work out what practitioners need this year: from the requirements, from what the regulators are pressing on, and from talking to the partners in the firms about the work in front of them. That becomes a coherent year rather than a list of whatever topics happen to be available.
Then you go after the speakers. You approach the people worth hearing and satisfy yourself that what they intend to present is what the group needs. Attendell contracts every speaker you name and pays a professional fee, so what you put to a senior practitioner is a paid engagement.
What you produce is a curriculum library and the speaker roster behind it, which is more than one season’s worth. The first programme draws on it, and so does every programme after that.
A programme is worth joining because a practitioner decided what belongs in it.

A season holds for about a year, so each year is planned again rather than repeated. You do that once: the refreshed year carries every programme running on your library, with each one adjusted for its own jurisdiction.

Attendell contracts the speakers, hosts every session and keeps the hours.
Each speaker is contracted and paid by Attendell. In the weeks before a session, Attendell reviews the material against what the season promised, formats it, and tests the speaker’s hardware.
On the day, Attendell hosts and moderates live, and fixes technical failures while the session is running. Attendance is captured from the session itself and matched to each person, so every firm and every attendee can see credited hours the same week. Where something looks wrong it is corrected, and the correction is visible as one.

Consulting pays you once for the hours you put in. Here you plan the year once, however many programmes are running on it, and every one of them pays.

Attendell holds the right to reuse and adapt the library for other groups, which is what makes a library worth building rather than a single season, and the royalty is what that right pays for. Both are set out in writing before any build begins.
Firms in another city or another country can be taught a year you planned, by speakers you vouched for, in a programme you never have to attend.

The topics a good season would cover and the practitioners you would want presenting them. That sketch is what tells us both whether a programme is worth building.
The build is commissioned once firms commit
Attendell aggregates the firms and takes the seat commitments. When enough are in to fund a season, the terms are settled in writing and the paid build starts.
